Town of Frederick
Civil Resources provided a Non-potable Master Plan with demand projections and recommended alignments in association with developing the fee and rate structures for the expansion of the non-potable water system. Civil Resources completed an evaluation of current potable water rates and recommended changes based on projected growth, capital expenditures, maintenance and replacement costs, administrative overhead and a proposed water acquisition plan. Civil Resources also recommended the addition of a Raw Water Fund and set up a rate and fee structure to finance an existing raw water system and to fund its proposed expansion.
